How to attend the 2025 Fall Meeting:
Meeting is on Saturday, November 22nd at the Honolulu Country Club
Step 1: Become a HI-ASM member, $6 fee (required for those without current membership for the 2025 calendar year, if you attended the Spring meeting, you’re covered!)
Step 2: Register for the meeting
High School Students: $7
Undergrad Students $12
Graduate Students: $20
Step 3: (Optional) For students that want to present: abstract submission due Wednesday, April 18.
Are you a neighbor island student? Would you like funding for travel?
In addition to Step 3, please email your abstract to Dr. Eileen Nakano (etnakano@hawaii.edu) with 3-5 sentences explaining why you should be considered for travel support.

If you are purchasing more than one membership, please click “add to cart”, fill out the information for the first member and repeat for all others.
Please register to be a member if your membership has expired (good for 1 year) or if you are a new member attending our fall meeting.
